I'm thinking that the closed meeting after court may have been to question both the prosecution and the defense if they were going to call Sindy, George & Lee as a witness and if anyone wanted them sequestered.

It was amazing to watch yesterday while the Judge was talking about KC's right to a fair trial: Bozo, Mumbles and even KC were looking at the Judge with rapt attention.

I don't recall ever seeing Baez look so serious in court before. Not to mention all three of them looking deadpan serious at the same time.

personally, as a woman in her 50's and a grand mother, Casey would not want someone like me as a juror..She would be better off with a younger woman/person who still goes clubbing and partying...A grand parent who has raised a  child and has grand kids would immediately know that they would never, ever go clubbing, get a tattoo, act like nothing had happened while their child/grand child was missing for 31 days..A younger person might think that Casey was merely trying to get her mind off of her child missing while she was out with her friends? dunno...just know how I would think if I was looking at the pictures of Casey  partying it up, even if I had not followed this case....all just my opinion..

I've never seen the entire defense table look so serious and somber either.  No clowning around, no flirting, no passing of notes.  One has seen the dooming death of her freedom, the other two the death of their careers.

Judge Belvin Perry is expected to issue a set of rules Tuesday discussing how the public will get access to the high-profile murder trial against Casey Anthony.

Here's what we know so far: It will be first-come, first-served seating at the Orange County Courthouse for members of the public. About 50 seats will be available.

Jean Casearis is interviewing C. Mason on TruTV. She said she spoke to his wife as well. This case has affected their personal life, and their friends don't like the many more. How sad! He took the case because of all the persecution of Baez. If anyone believes that you need a shrink! This is disgusting!

did Jug Heads wife say that they have lost friends over this? didn't see that part of interview... if he was my husband and he was defending this baby killer, he would be lucky not to be getting a divorce..he and I would be going round and round on this..

Well, it appears the duhfense might be throwing the Scamthony's under the bus......no shocker! Mumbles told Jincasaurus on InSession interview that some "more" things will be brought out in trial which will be devastating for them.
