NeJame said he also will be a regular on Nancy Grace’s HLN show during the trial. NeJame is familiar with the case, because he represented George and Cindy Anthony, Casey’s parents, for a while. NeJame also has represented Texas EquuSearch, which searched for Caylee.

He said Perry’s rulings weren’t surprising and that one wasn’t more important than another. “It’s the cumulative effect,” Uhrig said. “The state is going to have a parade of witnesses. … The hair and the canine — they support each other. What they now have is a better arsenal of weapons to use in their overall argument there was a dead body in the car.”

Uhrig said he didn’t expect more blockbuster rulings from Perry. “It’s now business as usual, let’s put a jury into place and let’s see what happens,” he told anchor Bob Frier.

I wonder if anyone in the dufense is thinking plea deal at this point?

I don't think so.....as I said earlier, I think they know she will be declared guilty and they are just trying to keep her from the DP..if they do that, they will claim a victory.

I would like to see them fail in the sentencing phase as well.  We know they are capable of that! Failure is Baez's middle name!!    I want to see Casey sweat it out for the rest of her life......I want her to live with fear for the rest of her life.....I want her on death row for the rest of her life.  moo

Well acording to Cobra Stauds on blogtalk radio show sunday...He was doing some super secret spy work an had acsess to J Baez private papers.He claims he saw a contract between Baez an Telemondo for him to join them as a legal expert.There was a clause that this case must go to trial though an is null an void if theres a plea deal..Cobra then thrilled the listeners with his legal knowlage.He said that Baez would just be a spectator when the trial begins as he is not death qualifed an wont be allowed to question wittnesses.Luckily there was a knowlageable caller in to the show whom set him straight
