Me too I took a nap and had my t.v on fox 40 never ever do that and woke up to the news!! I visualize the people that lost their lives my nephews a green beret special forces and he lost many friends there he went four times and seriously injured and is  in the hospital here in the states!!

ORLANDO --

One of the biggest unknowns in the Case Against Casey will be unveiled Monday.

However, only two people will be privy to the information.

Judge Belvin Perry will tell one person from the defense team and one from the state attorney's office where they will go to select a jury for the trial.

Jury selection starts May 9. The judge has kept the location of jury selection a closely guarded secret.

Casey Anthony trial: Hearing to address media motion on jury selection location

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry decided the jury will be selected outside of the circuit, but he has not said where. The jurors will then be brought to Orange County, where the trial will unfold.

An agreement drafted by the court would limit media outlets from disclosing where the jury selection will occur in advance of the proceedings.

It also calls for the media to not arrive at the venue location before jury selection begins.

The penalty for not complying with the agreement includes revocation of court-issued media credentials and possibly being held in contempt of court.

The motion, filed by WOFL Fox 35, WKMG, Central Florida News 13, the Associated Press, and several other out-of-area media outlets, said that the agreement unconstitutionally denies them public access to an open judicial proceeding.

The motion requests the court reconsider and not implement or enforce the agreement.

The hearing is slated to begin at 9:30 a.m. in courtroom 12D. Anthony will attend.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- In just one week jury selection will begin in the trial of Casey Anthony. But on Monday, a judge is expected to rule on whether jurors will hear what could be damning evidence against her.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry may rule on air tests that indicate there were traces of human remains in the back of Casey's car.

Casey will be back in an Orange County courtroom on Monday as the judge makes final preparations for the coming first-degree murder trial.
