I'm really glad to see "America's Most Wanted" coming back!!  It's a very worthwhile program imo.

‘America’s Most Wanted’ Returning to TV Dec. 2
November 2, 2011

America’s Most Wanted,” the long-running crime series that was effectively canceled by Fox earlier this year, will return to TV with the first of 20 new episodes December 2. As we reported in September, Lifetime has acquired the rights to new episodes of the series.

On the air since 1988, “AMW” has led to the capture of over 1,100 fugitives.

“I am excited to be back in the saddle and working with Lifetime,” said host and executive producer John Walsh in a statement. “

We passed out candy tonight, 300 + !!! I am in a rural area on Lake Erie.
An usually high # ! Perhaps they dropped them out of the sky from
helicopters my hubby said ! LOL

300

Wow! I would've gone completely bunkers!

Not sure why, but I only got three groups of kids this year, for a total of about ten kids.

Last year I had like maybe 20 groups, and I ran out of candy.

That's why this year I bought bunches. Now I'm stuck with a lot of candy... got the KitKats out and the Hershey bars... haha! The other I'm either donating, or throwing away, so I don't end up eating it.

p.s.
There's a lady missing in Tennessee, her name is Karen Johnson. Looks like another wife "missing" while on a divorce... ala Drew Peterson, Craig Stevic, Josh Powell, etc...

Not sure if to start a thread, since those with more experience have a knack for this more than I do.

Thanks.

Here's the news on it:

TY.

Hopefully she went on a vacation, like another woman did last year. They searched for her thinking she had been abducted and turned out she was away on vacation with her boyfriend... forgot who it was and how it ended up.

But, this couple was going to divorce, so it may end up bad.

I tell yah, I divorced once but as soon as I hired the divorce lawyer the hubby was out the door.

I feared he would harm me or something.

Same about work life insurance, I always had my mother or children as beneficiaries... haha! Didn't want to give anyone temptations to have me killed.

Desperate (for money) people do desperate things.

He always complained that he had me in his, so I should have him in mine.

Still, I only trusted him 99%.

Lunging humpback whale nearly swallows up surfer, kayaker
By: Pete Thomas, GrindTV.com

A woman on a surfboard and two people aboard a kayak were nearly engulfed by a humpback whale that charged out of the water, its mouth agape, just a few feet away. Barb Roettger's video of the amazing encounter, which occurred near Santa Cruz, Calif., was posted Wednesday. The incident is one of several recent close calls in the area, where a small pod of humpback whales has been surface lunge-feeding on anchovies unusually close to shore. They've become a major draw for kayakers and boaters and at least one kayaker has been capsized, and a sailboat was struck by a whale. This circus atmosphere has led to an enforcement presence in an attempt to keep people at a safe distance from the potentially dangerous leviathans.

Gosh, grace-land! I'd be excited about getting to be close to a whale, but that's way too close for me!

Wow, 5.6 earthquake in Oklahoma?  Here in California we call that a tease but in Oklahoma, it probably scared the heck out of them    Hope everyone is ok!
