Janet,

I will go and find where I read that...I was being lazy and since I didn't copy that part of what I read...I said I will just explain my thoughts...let me go and find where I read that at...it was in here from an article that was posted.  I had been wanting to comment on it for awhile.

Okay I found it from an earlier post here:

(The following account of what occurred is the absolute, most factual account of that morning. These are the investigative facts, sans any rumors or assumptions found in online discussions and blog posts. These are the accounts obtained by TBI spokeswoman, Kristin Helm.)

The 20-year-old student was home alone with her 25-year-old brother, Clint Bobo, on the morning of April 13, 2011. Sometime around 7:40 a.m., she walked out of the family home to her vehicle. She was holding her personal effects, including a lunch purse and some school supplies. She was heading to the UT Martin Campus where she attended nursing school. She was wearing a pink t-shirt, lightly colored denim jeans and black flip flops. At the time, according to Clint's story, the man was in bed while his sister left for school, and both of his parents already out for their daily routine of work.

But, reading it a second time I see that Chelsea Hoffman hadn't actually cited for that statement...so I guess it isn't verified and not actually in the report.

July 19, 2011 07:20 PM EDT

 ::snipping2::

The dead body was discovered in a heavily wooded, remote area near Lake Tansi in Cumberland County, which lies about three hours from where Holly Bobo vanished, and approximately four or five hours from where Shelley Mook disappeared just weeks prior to the disappearance of the missing Tennessee nursing student.

Family of missing Tenn. woman Holly Bobo puts her photo on trucking decal as search continues

JACKSON, Tenn. — Holly Bobo's family and friends have started a new campaign in their search for the missing Tennessee woman that includes a trucking decal with a photo of her face on it.

A group of Bobo's nursing school classmates joined her friends and relatives in launching the Holly Bobo Across America Campaign on Tuesday, in an effort to promote more searches for the 20-year-old woman, The Jackson Sun reported.

Bobo vanished April 13 from her home in Parsons, about 100 miles northeast of Memphis. She was last seen being led into woods outside her home by a man dressed in full hunting camouflage.

The $25.50 trucking decals are being sold across the country. Organizers have already sold 120 decals to 104 different trucking companies to display on their trucks.

Hunters discover body in remote area

 ::snipping2::

Sheriff's Investigators Casey Cox and Jerry Jackson responded to the scene along with Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Dan Friel.

The Cumbeland County Rescue Squad was also called out to lend assistance to the officers and transported the remains by boat from the scene to an ambulance. The remains were sent to Nashville for an autopsy and for positive identification.

In a report filed by Investigator Casey Cox, it is believed that the body had been in the woods since the middle of May.

Wow, I wonder how big the $25.50 decal is?  I am sorry but I think if I were her family I would find a way to cut the cost of this.  I am sorry to say this, but I am hoping someone isn't trying to turn a buck on this!

UPDATE: Cumberland County Sheriff's believe they may know the identity of the man found in the woods but won't confirm any details until the autopsy comes back. They've been in contact with a family who reported a man in his mid twenties missing this past May. Neighbors in the area say they heard an argument between a boyfriend and girlfriend around the time the man was reported missing. Sheriffs hope to have the results of that autopsy later this week.

From the interview (what I could get):

Karen saw Holly that morning when she got up to go to work. Holly said she had been up since 4:30 studying.

Neighbor of the Bobo's called school where Karen worked because she heard a "scream". A cafeteria worker came in to tell Karen about the call, Karen then called 911.

Karen then called 911, Drew and her Mother.

Clint is not going back to school. Karen is not going back to work at school. They only want to focus on the search for Holly.

I hope they post the video because I know I may have missed a few things.

Natasha Chen Holly Bobo's Family Recounts the Day She Vanished

“I was in shock, when I got the phone call. And with Clint being here, I know he was in shock. Until you've been through something like that, you just could not possibly understand,” Karen Bobo said.

She said she had spoken with Holly that morning and knew that her daughter had a big test at the UT Martin nursing school in Parsons.

Holly had gotten up that morning at 4:30 to study.

Her mother and father had gone to work, and she set out for school sometime before 8:00a.m. But she didn’t get far.

Her 25-year-old brother, Clint, said he saw her walking north, into the woods with a man completely covered in hunting camouflage.

“The main thing with me is, they say she was seen being dragged away. And that was completely false,” Clint Bobo said.

The family said it was very normal to see someone wearing such gear, as it was turkey hunting season.

Clint Bobo said he assumed it was Holly’s boyfriend, since he is known to go turkey hunting.
 ::snipping2::

“At the time, I just seen the two walking toward the woods. He wasn't leading her, he wasn't dragging her. They were walking simultaneously toward the woods. And then later come to find out she had been threatened. I mean, she definitely went into the woods against her will,” he said.

A neighbor had apparently heard screams coming from the house and alerted the school where Karen Bobo works.

“Motherly instinct. I knew something was wrong as soon as the secretary came to the cafeteria and told me,” she said.

Four 911 calls were made: one from the school, one from the neighbor, and two from Karen Bobo herself.

She also called Clint at home. He came to realize the man he saw with Holly was not her boyfriend.

“I had spoken with Holly, my mother and her boyfriend, all that morning. And of course Clint didn't know any of this, so I knew her boyfriend wasn't here,” Karen Bobo said.
 ::snipping2::

A small amount of blood was found near their parked cars.

But Holly’s father said no one was allowed into the woods to search until the canine units and helicopter had arrived.

“It just seemed like everybody sat in the yard and in the driveway. And they didn't set out to put road blocks at a distance, to stop people driving. And just everybody stayed here,” said Dana Bobo, Holly’s father.

The family gets frustrated sometimes, thinking of what could have been done to find Holly within those first crucial hours.

i see 3 things that really dont seem right with this version,and it is my belief that someone
is lying,the Q is why,is it the sheriff,the tbi,or the bobos?
 ::snipping2::
A neighbor had apparently heard screams coming from the house and alerted the school where Karen Bobo works.

how could the neighbor,have known it was from the bobo house,(see neighbor map & img)no neighbor
lives close enough,heading north
 ::snipping2::
Her 25-year-old brother, Clint, said he saw her walking north, into the woods with a man completely covered in hunting camouflage.

i thought holly was led out the back of house by the car port,which would be west
(see the I40 link & img),I40 is north of the,road that passes in front of their house
and the front of their house faces that road,so the front of house would be facing east
 ::snipping2::
Four 911 calls were made: one from the school, one from the neighbor, and two from Karen Bobo herself.

i thought the sheriff stated only 2 calls,but didnt say from who,see janet link and text below

Over 3 months following the disappearance of her daughter Karen Bobo comes forward with an account regarding the events encompassing the morning of April 13th ... an account that differs on so many levels from the immediate TBI media release and the TBI press briefing of April 16th.

April 16th - TBI John Mehr - Press Briefing

Holly Bobo ‘In Fear of Her Life’
April 16, 2011

Holly Bobo, 20, was confronted Wednesday by a man in hunting camouflage who forced her to go with him into the woods, said John Mehr, spokesman for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

“What we believe, and I’ll tell you he actually had an arm holding her and so we feel that she knew that she was in fear of her life so she was complying with his commands,” he told a news conference.

Mehr said investigators “did not see drag marks.” He added she was “not forcefully dragged and she’s like any other victim, maybe complying with her attacker, but she walked into the woods” outside her Pasrons, Tenn. home.

Bobo’s 25-year-old brother Clint watched from inside the home, but did not believe she was being abducted until later. He saw the stranger from behind and believed it was his sister’s boyfriend.

Her brother, said Mehr, “had reasons to believe [the man] was not an attacker,” and did not call 911 until he saw blood outside.
