I think George and Cindy are both trying to appear carefree for the media and moreso for the defense team.  ICA may have some "secrets", but if I were GA and I knew what she was about to do to me, I would sink her little ship pronto.  What would stop him from going to the SA's office, say "I lied" and give them something he's been holding back?  Something that would definitely seal the deal for the State.  I just don't think ICA is holding all the cards, even if GA molested her.  JMO

I think you've nailed the reason for their apparent nonchalance.

I will also add that I don't think he loves ICA more than he loves himself, or more than he loved Caylee.  I can only see him welcoming the bus if it's going to come out during the trial that he is the father of Caylee.  Otherwise, he could deny her accusations, and everyone knows she is a big fat liar.

I've been torn whether or not I believe GA is really being "set up" or if he's agreed to go down for her (at least let the suspicion be thrown towards him).  Seeing him so nervous makes me think maybe he's not so keen on the idea after all. 

IMO when he last testified that he would "Do anything" to save his daughter...the seed was germinated to let the bus loose.

I think you are right about that Northern Rose. I think he was letting her know he was willing to have the bus run him over.

I don't know if anyone is following the InSessions coverage this am ( all day ) but one Atty just said something interesting, that apparently Casey is willing to see her mother but does NOT want to see George..    I dunno if that was speculation on her part or she has some intelligence about what is going on, but George better have a good lawyer looking after him the next few weeks.

I am listening to IS while doing other things and that is what I thought I heard too.....I said earlier GA needs to get a separate attorney QUICK....that train is roaring right towards him!!

ITA with you both!!  And I don't really care for George, but would hate to see him run over by that train.  Along with others, am thinking they've been setting him up for quite some time.

You're right, Cindy didn't do it.  I think she fueled the fire, the evil, and I will always blame her for pushing ICA too far.  I think she knew better, and didn't care.  She always had to be in control, and when she wasn't, she went off like a bomb.  The best example is the 911 calls, she was showing ICA she wasn't afraid to call the police.  When it didn't work, she added more to the story, and that didn't work.  ICA wouldn't tell her what she wanted to hear, so she blurted the only truth she's probably ever told.  She smelled a dead body.

You are right on point O4...she KNEW what was Casey was capable of (perhaps prior spiteful acts).  

Remember what Lee said Sindy's first words were when she overheard KC telling Lee about not knowing where Caylee was for 31 days?  He said that she slammed her hand on the bed and said "WHAT DID YOU DO?",  then Sindy went into cover-up mode and said "Who took her?"

I hold Sindy just as responsible as ICA.  MOO

I hold Cindy responsible too.  Throughout Casey's life, Cindy has enabled her, covered for her, lied for her, and never made her face the consequences of her actions.  She's attempting to do the same thing now.  I hope it doesn't work.
