Anthonys Are In, Change Of Venue Is Out!

Bobo has sent out supeons to have witnesses in the courthouse on Monday when they will not be there.

Huh? Where you get that info? He's an idjit!

That was the last thing they were discussing.  Lippman was saying that they called Bobo's office as they received subpoenas to be at court on Monday and they know no one will be there.  The lady answering the number on the subpoena said not to worry about it but they did not get her name and have asked for something in writing and have not received anything from Bobo.

Mumbles and Bozo weren't very nice after Lippman got through speaking. Bozo smirked and Mumbles laughed and shook his head as if in disbelief. I guess they think they are way smarter than Lippman or any other lawyer. Poor deluded dimwits!

I loved the judges rulings today.

First Florida law does not state specifically whom is next of kin..one person or the whole darn family..so under Florida law they are in their rights as next of kin.  However..the bestest part to me..was when he stated..and I loved the little twinkle in his eyes and the smile on his lips..they will be tossed out if they don't read the signage on the doors and obey said signage..then he reiterated the things..no gum, no facial expressions for good or bad, no approval or disapproval expressions, no talking, etc. Then he says that also applies to all the people present in court including attorneys..whomever does not uphold these rules for decorum will be escorted out of the courtroom by his armed deputies..end of story. 

Yep..I'm in the pool..were at 150 bananas..I think they'll be escorted out of the court during the first day and a half..

The battle lines are drawn..and so far even the A's attorney is making Bozo and Foghorn look like fools.

Personally, I don't think the Ants will make it through the state's opening statements. That's JMHO...FWIW

Vinnie must be getting ready to interview the Anthony's lawyer now. I can hear him talking to him. Says the theory is that it will be in Palm Beach, and he isn't driving clear down there, lol. Anthony's lawyer has a client in commom with Mason and he said Bozo got the case from a DUI client he had in jail at the time with Casey and she gave him Bozo's name.
