I will never forget the day that Mason appeared on the scene. He was the new SUPERHERO who was going to save the day. At that time he was referred to as a “game changer”. The news media was just abuzz with the fact that he was going to bring some amazing brilliance to the team. I'm at a loss. This is extremely confusing to me.
It says "the parties" should file a response. I'm reading that as the State and the Duhfense.

This is merely an order saying that if any party wants to respond (remember media filed this) to the motion they MUST do it by Friday May 6th. the important things is that the order will not be issued before then. I suspect that since they set a 10 am deadline we will see the order Friday afternoon or late Friday.
