And butthead, I see, just filed a motion objecting to jury location.  He was supposed to do that by Wednesday. 

Will the motion be denied since he didn't file it by the deadline?

I have a question. The motion filed by the duhfence about not allowing george or cindy in the court room. Is that saying for the entire trial or only when both sides are done with them?

It will be for the majority of the trial because they can be recalled for rebuttal, & they are on the defense witness list as well as the state. The state gets first up to bat, so the soonest they would be released would be after their testimonies for the defense......boo freakin' hoo!!

OMG, I expect the state to take what 4 weeks, then maybe another week before the Duffense calls them?  Sindy is going to be pissed beyond belief.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin perry called for a hearing Friday in the case against Casey Anthony.

The hearing will take place at the Orange County courthouse at 1 p.m., according to court officials.

I don't think anybody knows for sure yet.  We probably will know more at the hearing at 1 pm or if the 5th court denies the medias motion, I would assume it would be starting on Monday.

Me too, and I hope he just denies it.  Really, why does it matter where these jurors come from?  I don't get that. Florida is a virtual melting pot.  There are all kind of people all over the place, and if he is looking for a certain demographic, I think any county would do.

I didn't think Cindy's scowl on her face could get any more ugly.......I'm going to admit right now, I will be proved WRONG!

I predict a scene similar to when she went to where Padilla was looking for Caylee and it will be filmed.  Unless she is sequestered and forced to behave or be in contempt.  Then, she will scowl at whoever is unlucky enough to share the room with her.
