LOL..they used not enough time to fiel a complete rebuttal ...because they are in the final hours prior to trial..lol..that didn't stop Foghorn or Bozo from talking extensively with reporters.  The whole issue on both sides should be denied and Judge Perry's ruling should stand.  This is too stupid for anyone to take seriously..not tenough time to respond to a motion but enugh time to respond to reporters and their questions..give me a break.

Let's move this case forward and start jury selection Monday.

I have a question. The motion filed by the duhfence about not allowing george or cindy in the court room. Is that saying for the entire trial or only when both sides are done with them?

It will be for the majority of the trial because they can be recalled for rebuttal, & they are on the defense witness list as well as the state. The state gets first up to bat, so the soonest they would be released would be after their testimonies for the defense......boo freakin' hoo!!

OMG, I expect the state to take what 4 weeks, then maybe another week before the Duffense calls them?  Sindy is going to be pissed beyond belief. 

I hope so.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy, requested a Saturday visit with her daughter at the Orange County Jail, according to jail officials.

Jail officials said Cindy was the only name on the request. If Casey Anthony accepts the request, the two will meet at the jail at 9 a.m.

Casey Anthony's defense team filed an objection to George and Cindy Anthony being in the courtroom at the upcoming murder trial, and responds to media's appeal. Also, depositions were released.

There are several developments in the first-degree murder case against Casey Anthony today, including new depositions, defense team objections, and a request from Cindy Anthony to visit her daughter in jail.

Also, a hearing has been scheduled for 1 p.m. today before Chief Judge Belvin Perry. It wasn't immediately known what will be discussed.

Of course she will know..Baez will tell her or one of his lackeys.  I don't think she'll see them..I think she will turn them away...she knows they want to talk to her about a plea..that's what I think anyway..and I do not think she wants to hear what they have to say.  Casey still believes she can make everyone else believe she is innocent..and all the ships they might want to use have sailed and the busses they want to try to roll over everyone else..well those busses are going to end up with flat tires before thye cn even roll.

Her opportunity awaits..plea and get LWOP or face the jury and get possible death penalty..I'll bet she goes for the DP..not understanding there are only so many appeals before the needle goes into her arm.

Does anyone know who these people are?  Are they the protesters?  TES searchers?  

I said last night that the Scams were up to something.....wondering if they are trying to get into the mix and file an appeal, etc. to get the trial delayed?

Oh geez....this day has already been a roller-coaster-day...and I have a feeling it isn't gonna get any better.  Am praying that it all ends with the trial going forward as scheduled.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Cindy Anthony on Friday scheduled a jailhouse visit to see her daughter, Casey Anthony, but it's not known if her daughter will accept the request.

Jail rules stipulate that visitors must give 24 hours notice to visit an inmate. Cindy Anthony's requested visit would occur at 9 a.m. Saturday, according to the Orange County Jail.

Inmates are notified of visitation requests the morning of the potential visit, and it's not known if Casey Anthony would grant the visit, which would be recorded on video.

Anthony's defense team is objecting to George and Cindy Anthony's efforts to be present in the courtroom during their daughter's trial, which is slated to begin with jury selection Monday in an undisclosed county.

Morning all...finally got caught up.....seeme, I would not want to be a party in this hearing today...but I would love to be a fly on the wall.
