I wish they'd elaborate.

I read several places that this is SOP for a capital murder case. Sounds logical.

The last thing they want is for her to be cross examined by the state.
She might as well just stand up and say she's guilty.

Wesh reports that CJBP asked Casey herself about a plea deal



Were not all three of these people in the same courtroom?  Why do we have 3 different accounts?

Largely the first but it looks a bit stupid to omit the obvious when most of them were right there to either witness it or heard what took place.

if someone had to guess...they sure wouldn't pick that this is the photo of someone who was sitting at the defense table where a jury was being picked for HER DP CASE!!!   I am sure I would have to be sedated!!
me too when she isnt cold or crying for herself or showing her anger and arrogance she is  off the hook not sure who she wants to be ...

I didn't hear it, but several people who's account I trust, said they heard JP ask her if she has entered into a plea deal...I am hoping to see the beginning of the session later on...
