Im not finding that tweet on https://twitter.com/#!/CFNews13Casey    How many hours ago was it reportedly tweeted?   Doesnt ring true but then again it may have been said more in gist rather than serious.   State is in position to present a very strong case & much has occurred in 3 years, I dont see them making the offer.

that would indicate to me that they think she might get off and teir case is not strong. 

Judge just allowed air samples in. 

She is so guilty it is not even funny.

IMO if they offered her a plea it was before the body was found -- plead guilty to X and tell us where to find the body and you'll serve X years. of course Bozo is too stupid to advise her to take a deal. Then how would he get his TV time?
