I don't recall reading anything about the defense's conversations. I do remember writing about what LDB and Ashton were talking about yesterday. But they knew they could be heard and didn't care. Linda said they just were being circumspect about what they said. And Ashton repeated "Coicumspect" like Joe from the Three Stooges. LOL!

I agree - Mason is disgusting..... But the good thing about his behavoir is that it will definately NOT endear him to the jurors.  They will end up hating him. Nobody likes a jerk.  He is the only one who thinks he's charming.  He has no clue.
