I have a feeling we are going to have quite a list of classic phrases by the time this trial is over.   Colonel Crusty proves every day that all he amounts to is the ringmaster of a circus, his comments such as "I don't believe it" is IMHO inappropriate in open court.

Apparently, the defense reads at SM's (mike issue).   Now, how is it we never hear these complaints on the State side?   They've complained about this before, either cut the mike when you speak, ask for a short recess or STFU. 

Another juror "Ive already prejudged three years ago."   Juror states "Guilty," and again Casey gives the look of the devil.

Juror # 1351 is a woman, her hardship is she has travel arrangements for 2 weeks, combination pleasure and work, can't be postponed.  May 22 - June 2 are her travel dates.  Mason asks if she can reschedule, she says no, Mason asks why.  Money not refundable. Mason asks if there are any other dates she has plans in that time frame. She says no, but work would be an issue.  She doesn't know if she would have a job if she took the time off.  Something is disturbing to her, I can't hear.  Is she talking about Casey?  I think she is.   She has already prejudged Casey 3 years ago.....she is guilty!!!   She's history!

What still brings me to tears is if Casey this quickly sends a look of this evil to a stranger. there is no doubt in my mind that it was the last thing Caylee Marie saw before she was murdered.

Juror # 1007 is a woman, employer will pay her, she takes daily meds, which does affect her memory and processing somewhat. She compensates for her memory issues by taking lots of notes at work.  Mr. George questions her about how her memory affects her at work.  (Sorry, it's so hard to hear the attorneys now that the whiners had the mikes shut off.)  She will report back to continue on.

I agree, but what Caylee saw was most likely 100 time worse than what we see.
