BUT they seem to be shorthanded with grey matter power.

Bobo just said he filed a motion this afternoon and wants to address it.  JP has not seen nor read it.  10 mins recess until he goes to read it. 

He better get to work more than trying to derail this trial, he has a better chance of seeing ...well Im not quite sure he'll make it to the pearly gate.

I'm glad the judge is feeling more easy about the facts this afternoon than he did yesterday. Makes me think the decomp air ruling is going to stand.

What is also painfully evident is that this defense should have begged for a plea bargain nearly 3 years ago...fine by me her death by needle or alone in a jail cell can be considered more on their hands.   Either way that is her destiny & what is deserved.

KC keeps putting her hands on her cheeks like she has a toothache now.  One of the bailiffs surely has some pliers and a roll of duct tape to help her with the pain.  Maybe they can even put a heart sticker on the hole after the tooth is pulled

Ineffective counsel most likely isnt going to fly on appeal, not with the rest of the team in place.   She has also been witnessed as taking part in her own defense, crying about it a day late & a dollar short probably would be denied.
