I could see her doing something like this to get attention from Bozo!  I know we don't know who it is but just sayin.

Me too, the jail house temper tantrum.." I WANT TO SEE MY LAWYER"

I just had a thought (rare occurrence though it may be): what if Baez is deliberately being harsh with KC to keep her off balance and upset during jury selection? He knows she's not able to keep up the sad act for too long, and this is the longest she's been able to keep it up because she's genuinely upset about this "falling out".
You may have something there!
It's so sad that she can have that kind of emotion over a falling out with Baez, and NO emotion over baby Caylee.....

Now we have come full circle:

 ::snipping2::

She has sold the film rights to her story to a Los Angeles production company, Silver Creek Entertainment.

"It fascinates me the way this woman fell in love with this man," says Silver Creek President Larry Garrison. "I see it as 'Dead Man Walking.' "

 ::snipping2::

http://articles.latimes.com/1996-09-16/news/ls-44389_1_rosalie-martinez/5

I knew I had heard the name Larry Garrison before and I found it in my old files. He represented Bozo in selling the pictures for KC............all come big circle here.

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/orl-casey-anthony-nbc-corresondence-document-11120,0,3427699.htmlpage
Correct my memory but wasn't Larry Garrison an AKA for Todd Black ?

No..that was another guy, who Todd Black was a fictional name for, he is currently in Canada via Nashville lol.

Larry Garrison is really a producer of Lifetime Movie type of stories.  So this whole thing is right up his alley.  But he did get miffed at Cindy and she got miffed at him over $5000 for one of the Morning Shows ..so they parted company.

Well said!  I am a mother/grandmother and the ages of both are very close to Casey and Caylee and I just can't comprehend the behavior of this family!  What that poor baby must have had to endure it beyond my comprehension.

If this was an accident and she did what she did afterwards because she was afraid of her parents, why didn't Baez make a plea deal ? A long time ago. She isn't capable of taking the stand, I don't even think she is going to last the length of the trial without some sort of breakdown or utterances.
She has sat for three years, two and a half after Caylee was found. The first months, she didn't seem bothered too much and was probably hoping that Caylee would not be found, but to sit for all this time when she could said all this from the get go. She would have got about ten years, would be 1/3 of the way through, could be getting an education and maybe some sort of help for her mental issues.
She is not going to be acquitted and go home.
ps. If she had plead the chloroform would not have come up at all.

IMO, KC has NOT told Baez the real truth.  KC will never tell anyone what happened.  She convinced herself long ago what she wanted the truth to be and that's that.  She wanted the truth to be Zanny, but that totally unraveled.  So, I'm expecting that when Baez makes his opening statement, we're all going to be flabbergasted at his comments.

Agree.  KC's mind doesn't work like a normal person - that's why they call it a personality "disorder".

IMO, KC is not so upset about the reading of the charges but as to whatever is the problem between Baez and her.

I can imagine he said something that didn't set well with her...she was onto him about it upsetting her and he said "Really?"  She said "Really!"  and he said you're acting like a 2 y.o.   You can tell that he's purposefully not looking at her in the court room.  They're in a full-blown snit-fit!!  The trouble is that they both have humongous egos - neither is willing to let the other get away with whatever.  It's just getting worse and worse.  Maybe KC doesn't have the opportunity to sit and talk it out with Baez, but she does have the opportunity to act out in court.   Baez needs to get over himself and go calm her down.  Because, if he doesn't, she will eventually make him pay for what he's done to her.  She's made everyone else pay.  Down the road, some reporter will ask for an interview in prison and she'll give it - and spew the culmination of all she's had the time to sit in prison and decide how to get back at Baez.  This could greatly hurt him in the future.

We're seeing the future in the making.

I'm sort of surprised that they're being so open about it.  I'm not surprised by anything about her...but him....really? He knows about open mics.

New defense theory, according to JVM and Brad Conway, KC didn't report Caylee missing for 31 days because of the physical, sexual and emotional abuse by her family and she was afraid of them. And that Caylee's death was accidental....

LOL ..Well if Caylee's death was accidental it wasn't her family she needed to report the death to it was LE..or how about taking her to the emergency room first if it was an accident..children have been known to survive some really bad accidents when taken to the hospital..as opposed to duct taping their mouth and nose, buring them, riding them around in the trunk of the car for a few days, placing them in 3 trash bags and then a laundry hamper and pitchig them in a swampy area.

Call me crazy..but accidents get taken to the hospital and reported to police, not your parents.

Not in that family............the entire family is like a continuing train wreck.

Wait until Baez gets Lee on the stand to tell the jurors that KC told him that "mom" choked her in anger!

Whoa!!!   Maybe it won't be about what bad daddy George did but what "mom" did and KC was afraid of her mom because mom was threatening to take Caylee away from her and then when Caylee died, Casey was afraid to tell and avoided mom every way she could becase Casey knew how mom would act and would "never forgive her".  I forgot when it was said (maybe during a jailhouse phone conversation or visit), but somewhere along the lines KC said "mom's never going to forgive me" (a little truth in all the lies).

We'll know in the opening statements...and...Baez could put Lee on the stand to prove his point.

I hope KC's in court tomorrow; she needs to sit there and listen to all the potential jurors who will say they already think she's guilty.  (There have been 3 who said that just in the first round of questions).

I have no doubt KC was "afraid" of Cindy .... but the fact is -- her child was dead. Why she did not report Caylee as either an "accident", a "kidnapping" or simply "missing" is beyond any realm of what would be expected of a mother. She spent 31 days in "oblivion".

Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one.................implosion is complete. (almost)

we've got Spindy flitting in and out of tampering and lying about the case all for her princess and now she's poised to get kc-walloped
We've got Georgie supposedly telling the truth, then not telling the truth, then he might be a molester and now he's on the chopping block too
we've got Tubesox carefully avoiding the spotlight but getting the HandWave from sissy for being unloyal on the stand...maybe off with his head too
we've got Princess beginning to lose her marbles and in a lovers snit with bozo and I'm pretty sure she can bring him crashing down if she wants to
we've got CornCob Mason picking up the slack in doting on kc except today he didn't....he better watch out that he's not on the bad list

They're all cannibals and one of these days will start eating each other. It's going to very interesting to see how far C & G will let this go without duking it out and turning their back on kc. They turned on Caylee, I think they look out for numero uno when the going gets tough.

Just thinking outloud.. After reading the appeal cases..

Casey never stated who the father is.. Is she going to say she was raped..
Casey has told friends she was molested by her father and brother.. Has Baaz looked into this with a specialist in this field?
Casey has told friend she didn't want Caylee and wanted to put her up for adoption. Has Baaz looked into this with a specialist in this field?
Why hasn't Baaz used the mental Health issue? Or is this going to be used at the last minute ? Or is this going to be used after a verdic be handed down and then an appeal..

Something is up... Just thinking...

not that I know of.  It irks me when medical professionals say things like that based on watching moments of a video.  I just don't think doctors should try to diagnose anybody based on a few minutes (let alone a few minutes of video).
(my little boy wanted me to pick this icon)

Jo Ellen Dimitri is not even a medical professional....she came to fame by being OJ's jury consultant.

I think it was out-of-line for her to make that comment.

Don't worry.  KC could have 12 different psychiatric disorders, it still would not matter.  I am so confident that KC will be found guilty, I would eat my shorts if she was not found guilty.

Would this be a "live" broadcast?
