My mid son recently lived in Pinellas Co.. am SOOOOOOO glad he moved back to Nebraska!  Otherwise, he'd very likely have been sitting on this jury.

Did you see JP's big yawn?  He didn't even try to cover it!  lol  Poor guy, I know he's exhausted from this case, the monotony of saying the same thing over and over again, the defense's BS, jurors who do not follow the rules.      Poor CJBP!!

I still have not been able to find out who the new lady is....but she seems to be closely tied with Ann Finnell...I am going to take a guess and say she is a new jury consultant brought on by Finnell....perhaps another attorney in her office acting as jury consultant?  I have not seen R. Gabriel in the courtroom.....has anyone else????
