Back and JP is not happy. Supposedly this juror initiated a conversation with a reporter..and if so JP will charge him with CONTEMPT of Court!!  .....holy moly!!! 

I understand JP's wrath, but how many dam* times has Baez been in contempt and there have never been any charges or fines levied?

I understand what you mean Samarie...the only fine  he ever got was the $500 and some odd dollar one....I agree he should have gotten a  lot more, but I think Jp was trying not to give them a chance to appeal....this guy should be darn lucky he wasn't thrown in jail. After yesterday's mess this kid knew what he was doing... he was lucky he only got a fine.

I'll bet the rest of the potential jurors are shaking in their shoes.  I know I would be.

I would not give that judge ANY excuse if it were me. I would just wait and have the defense use up one of their challenges to exclude me. LOL

This judge is a riot. Getting the minorities that bozo requested from the homeless shelter. I love it.

Sequestration in an Orlando hotel, with meals and cable would be like a vacation to those living on the streets and in shelters, not to mention the $30.00 a day stipend....

and many people are not homeless because they want to be. Many are people who have lost their jobs and consequently lost their homes, can't get a job....I hope the homeless center has some people like this.
