Casey is going to futz w/ those bangs ALL day................argghhh

without a doubt. Finnell gave her a legal pad today so she should be writing like a demon again I would suspect.

Yep..she really isn't holding up well during this phase..and it is just jury selection..lol.  The colored markers are next, colored tabs..and folding and arranging.  My 2 year 10 month old grandson has more composure and less put and take activity then this broad.

Wow.. manager lady gets a sidebar?

JP said if there was anything they did not wish to discuss publically, tell him and he would arrange them to speak privately. She started to say something about medicine

Thanks Sunny!  I must of missed him saying that.  Nice for him to do!

YW, JP is impressive with his consideration and respect of the potential jurors

It's been forever since I've flown anywhere, so things likely have changed a lot.  But I thought that plane tickets were good for like, a year or so?

Wyks if you change your ticket, you have to pay a change fee plus any fare add collect and you have up to a year to do that. I work for one of the major airlines and if you have a letter from the court they will waive the 150.00 change fee, actually I thought all airlines did that??

CM wants to keep her because he probably thinks she will be sympathetic to ICA and will not vote for the DP.  See she's excused anyway. LOL

Would you call this lady very traditional?  I was thinking that if she is, then she might have an issue with KC being pregnant out of marriage and with KC killing her baby.  Catholics don't believe in abortion, right?  I would think murder of a child would be even worse with them?

I am so happy that JP understood this ladies deep devotion to her faith and overruled Mumbles objection.  Two time cancer survivor who attends mass everyday is excused.

Objection to religious hardship by "marbles" to a two time cancer survivor who wants to thank the Blessed Father for all she has received. Denying receiving the the Holy Sacrament. NICE.

Why would any fool object to this, that woman would be so biased against that decision. What an idiot.

Judge over rules and excuses. Judge just did this guy a favor.

That was on Monday.

Yes, he said, "You're acting like a two-year-old."
