I think it is good Casey is doing her theatrics so early on.  I bet the judge will be prepared and ready for what that will mean when it happens again during trial.

I have witnessed the court put a defendant in restraints before - is that what she is working toward?

The part of the P CO. jail where where Casey is being held is the health or medical section..so no problems with her being sick..but she can't pretend when she gets back to her cell.  They'll know she is acting out..not ill.

JVM also just said on HLN that Bobo told her what his opening statement would be.  He went through it with her step by step and she said when he was through she said OMG......YES!  She also said it has nothing to do with Georgie.

Nope not kidding.  I hate watching JVM and would normally not.  I have a commitment with my youngest and so will not watch today as he is way more important than her.  If anyone can stomach watching her please let us know what she says.

Doesn't make sense.  WHY would any defense attorney tell the media what his opening statment is going to be about??

Of course, we are talking about Baez.

Not only that wasn't it discussed in court about how Baez kept insinuating he had a an explanation or knew who did it or some bombshell or something?  If there was any plausible explanation why wouldn't they have given it or taken a plea?

Casey is getting a lot better atpretending showing emotion.  This time she's shaking too.  I seriously think they are coaching her and doing a much better job than in the past.  JMO

BB, I agree they are coaching her....however, I think it is too little too late

Hi Sunny---I think Casey has a short attention span and can't keep up the damsel in distress act as long as required to impress a jury.  I think most people will see it for what it is. Especially women.  I'd sure like a man's opinion on it, though. I wouldn't buy it, but maybe they would, I don't know.

I think most people will see through it too....Where is ROB when we need him!!!
