One would have thought living with KC, he should have been able to see this even longer than that.

I will say this, if this is their defense after 3 years to keep a needle out of her arm, Casey should have taken the plea deal. Sadly there are probably many girls who have been abused and with dysfuctional familes, not that I even believe the accusation ... but they don't kill there kid. There is too much evidence out there that states otherwise.

Imaturity as a mitigating defense, really? Maybe mental retardation as provded by a dr but not what they claim. No reporting of incident and these people continued to be her support group. Wonder what Lee will say?



Sorry about the long quote stack but I agree after 3 years, this is it.  Really, is she was so eager to share she didn't do it why didn't she call 911, why didn't she talk truthfully to the police, why didn't she accept a plea deal?

I got news for Boo Boo Baez, if a juror says he can set aside as a 8 or 9 ... YOU AIN'T GETTING ANY BETTER. Because a juror has knowldege  of case ... set aside. Good luck Baez. He wants ignorant people.  Let's error on the side of a stupid, uninformed person, who lives under a rock.

God forbid you watch the news several times a day. 

I guess its safe to say that I will never serve on a jury.
