Yes. #1152. He was in and out fast. Dismissed for Financial hardship. Employer did not pay for jury duty.

  Thanks Monkeys for all the links and synopsis.......I was on jury duty for 3 days here in P-Cola, work and now off to my third baseball game for the week so I wouldn't be able to catch up even a tad without all your help.

Must say I was shocked to see the guy/lady Ann F state the mitigating factors, never in my life would expect playing sports to be a mitigating factor, and IMO many of those were not. She is monotonous to listen to though, these poor jurors have been thru it-I can't imagine being almost interrogated by the dufense morons about all the BS they were yapping about.

  One more thing the lady who is the mitigation specialist, married to the serial killer/rapist that walked away from her own kids should stay away from wearing red, I came home from work and turned on the tv and the very first thing I see is a red miata in the court room, only to realize a moment later it was a person (female they allege, bent over and all I could see was a huge bright red back end IYKWIM )

I agree. I posted awhile back today that Casey has said she "thought" that G "may" have abused her too. She did say that she awoke to find Lee fondling her breasts.   Lee moved out very shortly after Caylee was born.  Could it be that Casey feared having her daughter in the same house as Lee, due to her accusations, and Lee was asked to move out?    I don't see G taking the fall, I see it being Lee on this matter.   moo

Sorry I missed your post....that is food for thought..... do  you remember her telling someone that she tried to tell her mother about Lee and her mother called her a whore or something like that. Sorry! I don't think Lee will  willingly TAKE the fall FOR her but I am beginning to think my DH might be onto something.

I remember her saying she told her mom, but her mom blew her off. I don't recall Cindy placing any blame on her tho.

you could be right.....my memory is foggy about it....but point is....she says she told CA. And that might be why Lee moved out.

The only place we have ever heard or read about Casey being molested by GA or Lee was in jail house letters..which by the way much of the other info in them was totally false. 

So do we believe the letters written by a Casey in jail for her life..who also by the by was going to rent a winnebago and travel around the country peaching with this chick and her kids..really..do you believe the preaching gospel bit..  If not, then don't give anything else she wrote in those letters anymore credance then that.  She was playing poor, innocent, abused , can't help myself that I am so beautiful that men want to have sex with me, Bible thumping hottie..she has never been 1 of those things..she was trying to appeal to this girl to make a jail house friend..so she did what she always does to friends..she lied.

My daughter is 13.  She has gotten her friend about 1.5 years ago.  She has almost bigger boobs than I do.  She wears a bra to bed every single night.  I am constantly on her telling her to take her bra off for bed.  I used to think it was because bras were new and she felt older and grown up, but she still does it.  She drives me nuts.  I do not wear a bra to bed (and to be honest hardly ever), so no idea where she gets its from.

Oh right..she did tell Jesse and maybe one other of her boyfriends that Lee may have sexually made advances to her..that was to gain sympathy..she played that card whenever someone was about to call it quits or they showed interest in something other then her.

However , I have always been curious how such a sexually knowledgable person as Casey wouldn't know rather or not Lee made advances..huh?  Also I have a funny feeling that when she is pressed to name dates and times they will be non existant.  Another trait that is not shared by sexually abused women..they know when it happened..they know when the family started this pattern and when it stopped..there is no maybe about it.

I think that if anyone believes one thing out of her mouth it should be this in a discussion with Lee the night the jig was up.."Maybe I am just a spiteful bitch!'

I thought when the letters first came out, and I think even more strongly now, that those letters were orchestrated by Baez. KC was told to pass them along to Robyn. The "flush, flush" part was just a cover for believability when they finally came out. In those letters, all  the caring words, all the religious words, all the 'I'm a victim' words--it was and is a way to get KC's testimony without her having to testify. At this point however, that may not be enough and KC may actually testify.
