Oh right..she did tell Jesse and maybe one other of her boyfriends that Lee may have sexually made advances to her..that was to gain sympathy..she played that card whenever someone was about to call it quits or they showed interest in something other then her.

However , I have always been curious how such a sexually knowledgable person as Casey wouldn't know rather or not Lee made advances..huh?  Also I have a funny feeling that when she is pressed to name dates and times they will be non existant.  Another trait that is not shared by sexually abused women..they know when it happened..they know when the family started this pattern and when it stopped..there is no maybe about it.

I think that if anyone believes one thing out of her mouth it should be this in a discussion with Lee the night the jig was up.."Maybe I am just a spiteful bitch!' 

  I was just thinking...sport bras are very tight. Don't you think Casey would have felt Lee lifting it up over her boobs.

Thanks Monkeys for all the links and synopsis.......I was on jury duty for 3 days here in P-Cola, work and now off to my third baseball game for the week so I wouldn't be able to catch up even a tad without all your help.

Must say I was shocked to see the guy/lady Ann F state the mitigating factors, never in my life would expect playing sports to be a mitigating factor, and IMO many of those were not. She is monotonous to listen to though, these poor jurors have been thru it-I can't imagine being almost interrogated by the dufense morons about all the BS they were yapping about.

  One more thing the lady who is the mitigation specialist, married to the serial killer/rapist that walked away from her own kids should stay away from wearing red, I came home from work and turned on the tv and the very first thing I see is a red miata in the court room, only to realize a moment later it was a person (female they allege, bent over and all I could see was a huge bright red back end IYKWIM )

I know exactly the moment you turned on the tv...all I could think of was being behind a fire truck and trying to see around it, but I was good and sat on my hands instead..

KC seemed to be fine in court today.

I'm wondering if Baez went to see her last night and they "sorta" worked it out?

Several of us think she was sedated today.  Her body language, her eyes, no primping, nothing really.

  I think "Valium kitty" made a visit to her in jail last night....

Absolutely Valium Kitty or something similiar was enlisted to keep Casey togather today.  She is being sequestered in the medical area of P CO jail..so not a stretch to get her some meds..just a walk across the room really.  And she is only in the medical area to keep her away from the other prisoners..no general pop for our girl..YET.

NG is showing Casey's letter about Lee.  It did not say anything about fondling her breasts, just that she would wake up with her sports bra pulled up or even if she had a regular bra on, it too would be pulled up. She woke up many times with a flashlight shining on her face. Lee would be sitting  on the floor at the end of her bed staring at her. This went on for 3 years and finally she told Lee that if he ever came in his room again, SHE WOULD KILL HIM.



1.  She has threatened to kill.

2. If true, Lee is super creepy.

3. Why is she wearing a bra to bed?  I say....let those puppies breathe.

I thought when the letters first came out, and I think even more strongly now, that those letters were orchestrated by Baez. KC was told to pass them along to Robyn. The "flush, flush" part was just a cover for believability when they finally came out. In those letters, all  the caring words, all the religious words, all the 'I'm a victim' words--it was and is a way to get KC's testimony without her having to testify. At this point however, that may not be enough and KC may actually testify.

The defense fought to keep those letters out.  I see the State using portions of them for their advantage. If they do, can the defense use any portion of those letters for their advantage, or do they have to stick with only the portions the State deals with?

It was NOT obvious to me what she was doing there.  All she seems to do is fawn over KC at every break like a kid being in the company of one of their idols.  Rubbing and caressing all over KC when she is sitting with her, sticking her  into the camera when she leans over the desk, and smile and giggle like she is at a slumber party with her blackberry in hand. 

Considering Bobo has said for 3 years that KC is innocent and we will all find out why once trial starts, The Mumbles has said he will walk out of that court room with KC on his arm a free woman, why would they need the wife of a carney serial killer rapist on death row who is against the death penalty taking up oxygen in a court room?

She calls herself a mitigation 'expert'  which is the job she was doing when she met her serial murderer husband, Scott Bolin.  NG talked briefly tonight about all the vicious murders he  committed- I guess she was helping to try and get him off....  she lost her job because of the relationship with him (duh) .  Sounds like she will fit right in with the other freaks on the Defense team.  With a history like that who would ever trust this woman's judgment about anything?

I am sitting here listening to a lot of the 1st interviews with casey @ the jail and of the ones from universal. And now I am listening to the 1 they did with cindy's mom. And it is so unreal to me all the lies lies lies that were told. And the way she told them. Is crazy she had know care in her voice at all. Nothing notta.
