All I know is that I feel sorry for these jurors.  I am beyond bored and I don't have to sit through this.  This is ridiculous.  I cannot believe they will do this for each potential juror.

They are only going to question the intelligent jurors who appear to be able to make a decision based upon the evidence.  The ones that can be swayed one way or other based upon what Casey is wearing in the courtroom the Defense will immediately OK without question.

I believe it was established yesterday that the state and defense would each have one attorney ask about pre-trial publicity and one attorney ask about the death penalty.

Unfortunately, that is a factor & I've been for removing that "carrot" from potential jurors.   Beyond an initial presser after a case concludes, it is my view that jurors profiting in any manner whatsoever should be restricted.

Casey really has a very tight grip on tht pen and it looks like she is going to have a sore little wrist and fingers by the end of today.  Taking out her agressions and nerves on a legal pad and a Bic pen..priceless.

They're grilling this guy more than your folks did me.      Trial will start early June I bet.

Finnell is way beyond boring..and repetitive.  She just needs to know are you for or against the DP..and if they understand the term mitigating circumstances.  She'll have her time in court at the end during pealty and sentencing phase to give this speel.  She can not take up this much time on repetitive issues.  Read em what the DP means and get this show on the road.  ASk if they are for or against, ask if they know what LWOP means and move on to the next juror.  She is trying this case and mitigating it befoe it even reaches the trial phase.
