I have no doubt the little witch is yaying or naying these jurors.  Nope, don't like him.  Next.  She makes me sick. We will probably see some foot stamping temper tantrum when she and her dream team disagree on which jurors to pick.

They're grilling this guy more than your folks did me.      Trial will start early June I bet.

If we go way back in the archives, if memory serves I estimated this voir dire would take 2-4 weeks so I tend to agree somewhat that the earliest we will begin opening statements is a week from now but not quite as far out as June 1st.

Did we ever figure out if KC was the one at the jail with emotional distress last night?   Also, it seems as though Bozo and her made up. 

Keep posting all the good commentary as I have to go check our basement and see if our sump pump worked with all of the rain we got last night and will get the next 2-3 days.

Casey is writing an awful lot today considering she was portraying that she couldnt move them yesterday.   She didnt cry that "someone" left her child in that manner as opposed to crying for herself.   There are no words adequate enough to express the vehement disdain I have for her.

Judge asked Ann Finnell to look at a ruling in another case to mark the basis of her questioning. Juror questioning has not resumed yet.

I can't really watch this yet attentively bec. I'm @ the w word, however, they need to start @ 7am. and go to midnight, no breaks, if this is how long they're going to take to question one prospective juror.

The trial will take a year at this pace.
