Here we go ... this is more telling as to what the defense is going to present in their case than anything about this jury.

It is obvious that they (the defense) are going to bring up that she was sexually molestested ... but never reported it, never went to a psychotrist and never did a damn thing to mitigate her situation.



Here is George's new mug he will be drinking coffee out of.

omg The road to Justice For Caylee has been a strange and twisted one so far..and we still have the trial and sentencing to go.. I hope its done before i go back to school in the fall  Monkey Devil!

not good that hes saying everyone is asking him about his jury duty. hopefully his honesty and candor that he is telling people he cant talk about it will help

The guys just threw Baez's word back at hime, "I thought there were no right answers", LOL

Hmm ... I think this guys is good for prosecution.

BTW ... is this still the same first juror? I had to walk away.

Baez asked about being around someone who has no support network, few family and friends around..WTH ..she lived in the bosom of her family.  Cindy and George paid for everything..she stole from family and friends....She had more support then many young mothers have..and she abused her supporters and friends.

For the record I do not believe she was ever sexually abused by George or Lee..and that won't fly in court ..I think this is why Lee was given use immunity..so he would tell the truth..and because his lawyer was aware they would go this route.   This will not fly..she was no weeping wallflower who was sexually abused by her father and brother..

By all accounts of friends and family she was the abuser..liar, whoring around town, stealing from friends and family while being supported by same...nah..your client Baez is a  sociopath that has risen to the level of murder to make a point to her mother that she was the one in control of Caylee's life.  Well Casey Marie, now the State will be in control of your life..how's that working for you sweet cheeks?

Trick question from Baez. Actually the first good question. The proper answer is 'No" the defense shouldn't have to prove innocence. They just have to prove that the prosecution has not met their burden of proof.

correct. Thus finding not guilty instead of innocent. Doesn't mean they are innocent just means state didn't prove beyond reasonable doubt.
