Really, is the defense going to try and show that Casey is not a liar?  She already plead to the theft charges.  Are they going to bring in juliette lewis and her coworkers at her imaginary job

 I agree !! ANd this is insane that this is still the first person.. holy shit.. this will take forever. AND.. I dont know why.. but I have NEVER got summoned for jury duty.  <knock on wood!>

IF, Casey was sexually abused at home, why not get a job when she turned 18 and got out of the house? This is all BS in my book. She was an adult when she killed Caylee. She could have gone to the police at anytime.

I couldn't agree more Darla - if she LOVED Caylee why did she entrust Caylee in the care of CA and GA, let alone allow her to live in a bad home?

Amen, she should never have left Caylee in the home if she had been sexually abused by either George or Lee. They would never have kept MY child if that had been the case.

Funny thing is Lee moved out shortly after Caylee was born. What was the real reason for that?  I think Lee will be taking the fall, not George.

Baez asked about being around someone who has no support network, few family and friends around..WTH ..she lived in the bosom of her family.  Cindy and George paid for everything..she stole from family and friends....She had more support then many young mothers have..and she abused her supporters and friends.

For the record I do not believe she was ever sexually abused by George or Lee..and that won't fly in court ..I think this is why Lee was given use immunity..so he would tell the truth..and because his lawyer was aware they would go this route.   This will not fly..she was no weeping wallflower who was sexually abused by her father and brother..

By all accounts of friends and family she was the abuser..liar, whoring around town, stealing from friends and family while being supported by same...nah..your client Baez is a  sociopath that has risen to the level of murder to make a point to her mother that she was the one in control of Caylee's life.  Well Casey Marie, now the State will be in control of your life..how's that working for you sweet cheeks?

Defense is gonna need these jurors to disregard all the science and testimony from scientists but then rely wholeheartedly on psychologist evaluations of Casey and Casey's word.

I am tired of listening to this prospective juror.  IMO he does not seem so much genuine as trying to impress.
Can you imagine how you would feel being 'interviewed' to this degree for a job that pays $30 bux a day?
Maybe he is just getting frustrated and tired but he seems to be 'breaking down'.
