I was worried about missing some of the trial before my school is out for the year.  At this rate, I will be retired before a jury is seated.

I hope they get through them.  CM should ask the questions, he'll want to get home earlier than the rest of them.  PLUS... if they're in court all day and night, they might be too tired to stay on the internet all night looking for pointers, or sleuthing jurors.

I think the judge should ask the questions and only ask a list that all sides agree on.

Maybe the procedure with this particular juror is different for some reason? JP was saying something about the Prosecution picking odd and the Defense even, or something like that. That sounds different that what is currently going on.

I hate to admit it, but I'm actually feeling a twinge of empathy for the A's this morning. I hope they're watching and this will be their wake up call. Most will agree that Cindy and George adored Caylee, most will agree that Lee and his parents have a civil and respectful adult-child parent relationship. While I do believe there is some dysfunction in the home, I'm not so sure it is what Casey or Baez have claimed.

Not me, they did this to themselves.  If they had protected and been Caylee's voice since the beginning, this would not be happening, IMO.  The duffense is trying to put blame elsewhere, no other defence, and they chose the A's, cause the meter reader was out.

I have to LMAO off with you because everything that Casey attempts to help herself backfires...every single one.  IMHO, what we've all witnessed is a true sociopath.

I am sorry, I know that it feels like I work more than 24 hours in a day, but are there actually more than 24 hours in a day?

Judge Perry thinks we are getting thru 36 others? No way.

I think they will come back from lunch and find that JP has given the state and defense teams a specific time limit on the questiong of potential jurors. I don't see how he can't limit this crap. The potential juror is NOT the one on trial here....

I've been thinking about JVM saying WOW to JB's opening statement and that she believed it.  I've thought hard about something that would make ME go WOW, I believe that.

1.  Casey is not GA's bio child, but LA is
2.  Casey became pregnant by LA
3.  She told her mom who didn't believe her
4.  The abuse continued
5.  A personality disorder occurred / a break / schizo
Listening to the defense today seems to SCREAM that she is The Victim.  So, if it is proven that LA or GA molested her (they admit it, or it comes in through Cindy).  They will argue she doesn't know how to handle situations since she had no support at home.  Therefore, when Caylee "accidentally" (insert the manner of death they will allude to) she had no one to trust, she had her mental "break" and did that ugly coping thing. (sexy dancing, drinking, partying, stealing, lying, hiding the truth, getting a tattoo)...

This or George being the father is the only scenario that I can see the defense actually using that MIGHT have a chance to explain this in a way that will favor Casey.  The dynamics of pregnancy through incest would be the most compelling defense I can think she could have.  Nothing else could even touch the weirdness (insert other approp. words) of the actions by parties to this case.  I don't even think Lee  being the father would be all that compelling to change the outcome.  

I agree if George is the father, she will never get the DP.  I couldn't give it to her, but I'd put her in prison for life.  There's just something so terribly evil about a man raping his daughter and if a pregnancy occurred, I can see a mental defense.  It wouldn't be enough to let her go, I'd just have a hard time killing her.  If a father rapes his daughter, he's already killed her, IMO.  He's killed what she could have been, and her innocence, I could go on and on...

I have to say I agree with you with a qualification. A sociopath uses sex as a weapon. If this was after she was a teenager, it would not matter to me and I would suspect she instigated the sex. That is a very common ploy of sociopath women to use for manipulation in not only a family but for whatever purpose they have. If she was a young child, I would have to say LWOP but as still not release her back upon society. Thousands of young women have been sexually molested but don't murder their child because they are tried of them and angry at their parents.

Brad Conman is on Insessions still insisting Casey is taking the stand..."the only person that can come in and back up what Jose Baez says is Casey herself."

He's not guessing, he's not as a "legal commentator" projecting...he knew this all along, IMHO.    They ALL convened to discuss their strategy & Im inclined to believe that George & Cindy know George is going to be made to be the fall guy....willingly.   When George testified last during the Frye hearing he insomuch said he'd do just about anything to help his daughter.

I think he is right although he is as evil as the rest of them in my eyes. His statement they have nothing to lose is  not true - the jurors would see right though her.
