Someone asked earlier who they man with the mustache was, sitting next to Rosalie Bolin, mitigation specialist.

As you can see here, he is a court deputy.

Did anyone else hear Perry say there will be no need for the hearing in the morning?!

I think Ann Finnell is really a nice person. She is always so polite.  This is her job and it hasn't turned her into an azzhat.  Of course we are not a trial yet so things could change with her.  We'll see.

I really cannto stand her, but probably becuase of who she is defending.  The only person who has not gotten to hate with me yet is the other lady.  she is quiet, but she babies KC too much.

Hi all..I just tuned it, but wow...that female lawyer sure gave us a hint about how the defense is going with this case...dysfunctional family, brain development, abuse.....if George is mad now wait until the defense tells the world that George and Cindy were gosh awful, terrible parents that hurt their child.  That's why ICA doesn't want to see them.

I don't know, but seems to me I remember something about JP being "head judge" ...or whatever the title is in OC, so I imagine it would land back on his desk and he would play a role in some capacity, not necessarily as the presiding judge, should the case be re-tried.
