We all know they are going to have a truly challenging job trying to put a jury together that isn't familiar with this case.

This guy probably feels as though he went to the proctologist!

His honesty is refreshing, I cannot believe a good number of these PJ's can claim they know little to nothing about this case, not unless they were from another planet with no satellite.

I think there are actual alians from the planet XRB17 and they are shaking their heads that these folks had not heard of the case. Even they followed the case.

I like how the attys are stating that the news is incorrect. These are the same media whores who used the media.

is it just me or did it look like casey was almost holding back some sort of smile when the potential juror said that he saw on the news that she rejected a visit from cindy on mothers day?

Does the Pinellas county jail have or show visitation logs, and say if a psych doctor came to see her last night, would that be on the log?  Would they need to sign in like the lawyers do?

No, but it should be in the Log Book, which is also a legal document.

This will take forever to get the 12 and alternates. I hope people and talking heads get bored with the endless hours of it. DT has worked so hard at making this the event of all time but it's really not. Unless HHJP can put the giddy up on this, even a diehard like myself might quit subjecting myself to it and wait for the trial..whenever it gets started.
