I think Ann Finnell is really a nice person. She is always so polite.  This is her job and it hasn't turned her into an azzhat.  Of course we are not a trial yet so things could change with her.  We'll see.

I really cannto stand her, but probably becuase of who she is defending.  The only person who has not gotten to hate with me yet is the other lady.  she is quiet, but she babies KC too much.

Here we go.  Starting at 20:20 about mitigating circumstances

- Age at the time
- Lack of maturity
- Lack of impulse control
- History of sexual abuse
- Suffers from insomnia and nighmares
- Lack of parental guidance
- Mother and father failed to protect her as a child
- Verbally and emotionally abused as a child
- Taught poor coping skills and has poor coping skills by normal standards
- Taught to project false appearace
- Used as a decoy or pawn by her parents and a scapegoat for parental misconduct
- Her conduct in school were good
- Her grades were better than average
- She participated in sports
- When employed she was a good hardworking employee
- She loved Caylee and Caylee loved her
- She has been a good detainee in jail awaiting trial
- She has helped, tried to help......(gets cut off by JP)

I think it's necessary.

I know, but first did you heed not reading newspapers, then did you heed not searching the internet, then did you heed not tweeting, did you heed not talking about it to anybody.  Seems so tedious to me.

I don't think so.  It's such an important issue. 

When prospective jurors are first brought in and they hear the spiel and I think many are nervous, looking at unfamiliar surroundings, and not taking in each and every word.  Possibly.

IMO = HJBP can't impress it upon them enough.

This juror is one the prosecution should be interested in...........not so the defense because he is too smart and seems to be the type who could care less about "mitigating circumstances" because to him it appears things either are or they are not.
