Quick comment about her being a good jail detainee..Passing notes and letters to other detainees, inappropriate contact with attorney, seeking special treatment from staff and passing correspondence on to her parents through attorney to bypass rules.

hasn't she been on protective custody this whole time? put her in general pop and let's see how she behaves ...

AS friend tells me that it was posted on Topix that George had a heart attack yesterday.  There is still no confirmation of this.

I'd believe that...I hope the media lays off the family for a while. They are witnesses after all...

It could...I posted earlier today that I think LA and GA are more than ready to tell the truth, maybe Cindy will too, her family has completely fallen apart. They need to concentrate on the 3 of them and leave casey out of the picture after what she's done to Caylee, and to them.

Looks like Finnell has added her car to the Circus train with her motion to strike the juror because judge admonished her in front of him. 

I think they will strike him anyway, because the judge admonished her, just becuase they would not want a juror to have a bad opinion of them.

These attys try so hard in guilt tripping and tripping up the potential jurors that it makes me sick.   They ask the same junk over and over in different questions.

Did the judge not say recently that memory is not like fine wine and gets better with age and that if a witness dies their testimony can not be used? 

IF  George is in hosp he better get the best care ever so he can testify.

I think they'll strike him too....even after all this interrogation SINCE the request to strike!

a good student, a good employee to mitigate murder of a child.  Wow just wow.  A dysfunctional family, whose isn't to some degree.  And age, really maybe they will try to prove mentality of a 2 year old.
