It is pathetic that Casey will claim a stranger did this, she didn't do this, her father did this, her family molested her, she has a brain defect, etc. rather than accept responsibility.  Taking responsibility might actually have saved her life before it is all said and done.  I've always thought that her parents would enable her all the way to death row.  It seems she has a lot of willing participants along with her parents.

    There is no indication that Casey even knows who the father is/was.

Believe me, I have been here from the beginning and am well aware of that possibility.  BUT, we have seen so many people crawl out of their holes to make money off of this case......Why is it that when it comes to the father, no one, not even an enemy of a one night stander, even alleges anything??????  Not even one liar coming forward to claim paternity????????????????  That strikes no one else odd but me????????????????????

Casey's statement in jail about "Don't worry, I didn't say anything"......ya know, maybe G & C advised her to not say anymore to LE without a lawyer present.  It could be just that simple.

I have always thought that is what was being said. I have listened to that tape numerous times and that's what I got from it.

Someone apparently started the rumor or was talking about his attempted suicide and it snowballed from there.  As far as we know, George is not in the hospital.

I still don't believe George is the father.

tupelo, I think you are correct...it was a rumor based on a conversation bout his previous 'suicide' attempt. And I have never thought GA or LA is Caylee's father.  My husband thinks the defense is actually going to after Lee as the sexual abuser and the  A's were protecting him.  And that GA was physically abusive and CA was mentally abusive.  that's his theory on how the defense is going to try to play this out. 

I agree. I posted awhile back today that Casey has said she "thought" that G "may" have abused her too. She did say that she awoke to find Lee fondling her breasts.   Lee moved out very shortly after Caylee was born.  Could it be that Casey feared having her daughter in the same house as Lee, due to her accusations, and Lee was asked to move out?    I don't see G taking the fall, I see it being Lee on this matter.   moo

Sorry I missed your post....that is food for thought..... do  you remember her telling someone that she tried to tell her mother about Lee and her mother called her a whore or something like that. Sorry! I don't think Lee will  willingly TAKE the fall FOR her but I am beginning to think my DH might be onto something.

I remember her saying she told her mom, but her mom blew her off. I don't recall Cindy placing any blame on her tho.

Im confused on if they will like her. 

On one hand, she seems unbiased.  Fine.

On the other hand, she is a woman, she is a grandmother.  She does not seem to believe BS, which this case is full of. 

I just don't know.

The State too, not sure if they will want her either.
