I can't recall...was the person in the 4 hour interview that first day even chosen?

I would think it would be annoying to potential jurors for Finell to keep saying, "am I making any sense"?

yes, he made it through to the next round.

What was the cause. I missed it
He didn't see age as a mitigating circumstance.

That should not be considered if they are over 18. I have been searching and I can find nothing where that has ever been considered relevant or even an appropriate question for a juror.

I wish he just said something like I can follow the judges instructions and the law wherever it leads and let it go at that.

So what does that mean. He didn't meet age.  That does mean the juror think that casey is no young to put to death. Is that pretty much what that means.

Me too.  And I just can't see how he was let go and they kept two people who have big problems with the death penalty.  But that's just me.  See ya monkeys!  Gotta make dinner and take a little stroll outside with the madre!

Casey Anthony trial: George, Cindy Anthony plan to sue former attorney
Brad Conway denies any wrongdoing, says he didn't violate attorney-client privilege.
By Amy Pavuk, Orlando Sentinel
5:33 p.m. EDT, May 13, 2011

George and Cindy Anthony plan to file suit and a grievance with the Florida Bar against their former attorney for talking about the family and their high-profile daughter publicly, their current lawyer said Friday.

Mark Lippman told the Orlando Sentinel that Brad Conway made "huge ethical violations" when talking about his former clients in recent days on national television.

Lippman said the Anthonys don't want Conway talking about them at all, and he also plans on sending Conway a cease-and-desist letter.

Despite their intentions, Conway came to the Anthonys' defense on Friday and denied any wrongdoing.

"Anything that I've said has been from the record — depositions, statements, et cetera," he said. "I've never revealed anything attorney-client privilege. I never would."

I would be willing to take her to the beach......We could go "swimming."
Make sure you put on Casey's swimmies!  (ie duct tape, two garbage bags and a hamper liner)

All of the above would be on our "trip."

And I hope the beach you are referencing is a lake beach..with gators swimming in it just for fun.

First Casey Anthony Juror Selected
Alternate Juror Selection Expected To Continue Saturday
POSTED: Friday, May 13, 2011
UPDATED: 6:01 pm EDT May 13, 2011

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- A woman who said it is not her place to judge has become the first to be placed on the jury for Casey Anthony's first-degree murder trial.
During questioning Friday afternoon, the woman said she was not put on Earth to judge people.

"I just don't like to judge people, judge, to be honest, I am a true believer in my religion. God didn't put me here to point my finger where I should not," the woman said.

The state moved to strike the woman, but the defense objected because the woman was black.

The state said it wanted to exclude the woman because of her reluctance to judge other people, but Perry ruled that was not sufficient and sustained the defense's objection to the strike.

Going back to the music guy that was dismissed.  He admitted to buying an action figure called Death Row Marv from Ebay.  Here is what it looks like if anyone is interested.
