I would never be able to sit there and listen to all of this. If I was KC I would have committed suicide from the guilt of my actions and then the enormous shame of having it broadcast in real time to the whole world....

As you guys know,  RED has been battling the forces of evil and there is good news and bad. Contrary, to initial MSM reports there was no settlement, although it appears the case might have had a conclusion. That said, the legal case has been costly and Red could use any help that we could offer. Even if they go through 12 today and 12 tomorrow, thats only half the pool in a week.. that leaves all next week to finish.. so the trial will probably start a week late?

Good Morning monkeys, ya, his charming comes off almost more smarmy than his usual snarky, smirking behavior.  He can't hide that smirk, it is his natural disdain for anyone in his way of winning this case. He wants the win for himself, I don't think advocacy for his client has anything to do with it.  It comes through loud and clear every time we have seen him, as Cindy would say...from day one.  He may be fooling one or two potential jurors but in the long run they will all have the same opinion of him and Mason that we have.  It won't take them long for them to show their true colors in front of the whole seated panel.

Casey does look like she is on some kind of medication....she has that tranquilized look to me....too bad they got the dosage right...

We are in for another long day! I do have to say Jose was so adamant about not getting a fair trial. They have gone through 5 and of the 5 all have made it minus the one for hardship, so atleast we know that will not be a factor..

I agree. She is subdued, not primping, rubbing hands, tugging at clothing again today.

Eyes seem to blink slowly as well.
