I think that would be worse then death. Sitting in a cell all alone nobody to talk too. Once this case is over I doubt her lawyers will be visiting her.

i think this is the defenses strategy but i think its going to backfire on the defense. i think these men are going to find her repulsive and a murderous skank. i also think they will be less likely to let emotions sway their opinion about the mitigating factors that will be brought up during the penalty phase

I hope it does backfire Sunshine..I heard one of the talking heads show one night and they were saying that this is exactly what the defense wants...and that women are harder on other women...

I have stated in the past that if Casey could get life in solitary confinement, I would want that rather than the DP as that would be a true punishment for her.  I have never heard of that tho.
