I just got back from grocery shopping and did a speed read of 20+ pages.  What I caught from reading is:

Conway may be sued by the Rosebud twins
There is a Fake JP website
KC and Tupperware woman had not found the curtain rods that their shirts came from yet

as long as Casey is found guilty, I don't really care if she gets the DP or LWOP..as long as she is in general population, scared every single day for her life and never to see the light of day, that works for me...

Once an inmate is found guilty and sentenced they go to general population right? She won't have to stay in PC?

Not if she gets DP..then she will go to Death Row..and have her own cell.  If she gets LWOP..yes general pop.  I would prefer to see Casey get LWOP over the DPbecause if she gets the DP she is going to spend the next 10 to 12 years appealing her case..notice Mrs Bolin beside her.  This costs more money then just keeping her in for life.  People who get LWOP  don't appeal as much or as often as DP inmates, because they know they dodged a bullet once.  LWOP for Casey is okay with me..

Just called my brother and asked him about this "age of the defendant at the time of the crime" in jury instructions. He said in this state unless the person is 16 years of age or younger that is not relevant unless they are charging a juvenile as an adult. He said after the age of 18 unless there is a mental deficiency claimed by the defense it would not be relevant and that is not an instruction he has ever heard.

Hence the brain damage bit by Finnell?  Thanks for the info.

She's forgetting there was no prior history on any medical or mental health issue before the murder...just because a hired defense "expert" comes in to testify doesnt make it so.  Speaking of which, is there anything in the discovery about Casey getting an MRI or scan while incarcerated that I may have missed (shocking as that may be)?

The only reference I remember is when she had the seizures with Jesse and went to the hospital which I think was a combination of alcohol and red bull. For some reason I think valium was in that list.

   Other than that her mother (Cindy) insists that she had no medical issues and certainly not any mental health issues according to what she told the FBI during her interview.

Well he got axed for it  And I really liked him!  He was one of my favorites!

Maybe it's just me, but this one sounds dumb as dirt AND I can only understand about every 5 words, not sure she understand even that many.
