It is here. I think most attorneys run those when they receive the juror information from the court. I am not sure if it is allowed before they are sworn or not, but attorneys do it. Anyone can do it online, so I doubt there is a law against it.

The defense showed itself yesterday that that extreme 4 hour grilling on the first pj.  The next one was...what?...over 2 hours.

Judge Perry sat seemingly patient and waiting for the right comments from the defense.

The right comment was posed by mumbles when he said something about we're already working a half a day tomorrow.

Judge Perry said oh, no!  We're working all day tomorrow.

Total silence for a while at the defense table.


Whoop!  It's called: the defense is finally beginning to realize that the judge wants a jury and wants the trial
to begin next week.

It was very satisfying to see the Judge slam the defense - you want to screw around with the "time" and take 4 hours to
question one pj...that's fine...it just means that you'll have to make up that time somewhere along the line.  HA HA HA

Amen!  That 6 to 8 weeks is quickly going to 7 to 9.  I would not be a happy camper.

The issue of working late & on Saturdays was mentioned by CBJP more than once...they need to get this done & stop whining.   Im getting a bit cranky, never a good thing.

I can't recall...was the person in the 4 hour interview that first day even chosen?

I would think it would be annoying to potential jurors for Finell to keep saying, "am I making any sense"?
