Casey Anthony trial: Defense strikes candidate for lying about DUI conviction

Prosecutors said Thursday they'd like to give jurors a whiff of the odor in the trunk of Anthony's car.

Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton said the idea is to let jurors determine whether the smell in the rear of the Pontiac Sunfire was caused by trash — as proposed by Anthony and her lawyers — or the body of her dead child.

The issue arose at the close of jury selection Thursday, when Perry asked why prosecutors had been asking juror candidates about their sense of smell and sensitivity to odors.

State prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick said the state has several sealed containers with pieces of tire cover from the trunk. Another container was opened by a state expert who has testified that the samples smelled of decomposition.

Let them smell it.  There would be a conviction.

I did a lot of research on the "firetruck" lady in the last couple of days and to answer your question Blink....YES. She bills the state and uses these funds for her hubby's appeal process..

They could obtain the info through PayPal, but again with a court order.   E-Bay only keeps a person's history for up to 60 days.  So how did they get this info?

I doubt it was him as he was in court.  Someone else who caught the name of the band must have posted it.

OMG, how long would that take to go through everyone's name to find a buyers name??

Contrary, to initial MSM reports there was no settlement, although it appears the case might have had a conclusion. IDK, but I remember on the Kyron Horman thread that some poster have posted about Terri buying pants on eBay.
How did monkeys get that information, as monkeys don't have access to court order.

Also, in the Caylee case, I remember posters posting about items that Lee Anthony bought on eBay.

There must be a way that an average monkey can get that information; therefore, I'm sure attorneys can, too.
