It appeared to me he was trying to smooze her with his "charm."  LOL  In my opinion he is a nincompoop and a dweeb which is a real turn off when they act like he does.

I certainly would not want the job as his legal assistant. Can you imagine how much they have to go through and research.

Yep!  And I bet the reason Mason is not questioning the pj's is they have read on the blogs how abrasive he is (to say it nicely)

Not that Bozo is any better, but I guess when you scrape the bottom of the barrell - you gotta take what you got!

But if Cindy takes the stand they can open a can and make her smell it right?  Ya know, just to see if she really thinks it smells like "garbage"?

i think she'll be a good juror

I think so too.

I am not sure......bozo liked her a lot but she seemed a little too anxious. She may just need something to do for the summer since she is out of school and will get free food and hotel stay. LOL

Hi all I am so excited to have a slow day to listen, that being said the last women seemed too eager IMO to be on the jury, and admitted to posting on FB if I heard that right....I guess I am just leary of anyone who states they WANT to be on the jury (obviously we would because we want to ensure Justice for Caylee), but her anwers raised my hinky meter. Maybe I am just over-reacting so someone tell me I am wrong Monkey Devil! pls

One case stating its not admissible (Texas)

Another case from New Mexico argued similar to the State's brief argument.   "As you all know Texas leads all things..."   This is being discussed as points of reference.  Jeff Ashton is giving cases that he has found.   State of Washington vs Fairbanks & I couldnt catch the first one, the third being a federal case Decker vs Knowles...volume issues to hear the whole thing.

Hey folks ... had to run out for a bit. Did I miss much, have they picked the entire jury?

I was curious, was Baez allowed to show the picture of the juror that was bounced? Was he allowed to show a juror's pic? Has any one made a comment or does anyone know?

They re up to 7 kept now.

5 more to go to get to 12.

I think we will start to see challenges then at that point I am guessing.

She needs to go.   The standard in DP cases should be neutral or for but not against.  If one is against its unlikely that they would change their position & then it tilts the jury automatically, IMHO.

She would be a real problem for the state. They need to dismiss her.

Yea right!  She and the IT guy will not vote for death.  Is death a unanimous vote?

I think she is lying -I can hear it in her voice. You can't feel like you shouldn't judge others and vote for the death penalty.
