Anthony Family Attorney May File Lawsuit Against Brad Conway

probably why he is not in court today.

I wondered if the A's were going to have a problem with Conway being on In Sessions so much.

Melich and Co should be allowed to give a victim's impact speech!  They'd do a much better job than the As!  The As victim impact speech is going to be very little about Caylee and all about saving their Casey from death!

Ugh!!!

Something about Finnell's voice and/or demeanor just grate on me to no end!!  I can't pinpoint it ...

Is Finnell the short grey haired guy girl that is speaking now?  I don't care for her either.  She is talking down IMO to this juror, this guys is sharp.
yep - that was her.

He's very straightforward, and as a matter of fact.

How old was Casey at the time of the crime?

I believe it is Judge Perry doing that.

I don't understand this "age of the defendant" at the time of the crime - She is not a juvenile. - I have never heard anything like that before.

This guy sounds intelligent.  He would be a good juror.  I cannot state enough the importance of having people that can understand evidence and follow instructions

he also sounds like he would be a good jury foreman
How is a jury foreman chosen?

The entire jury decides together
Thanks, is it a who wants the job type of thing?  Is it a big deal who is the foreman?  The foreman is the only one to communicate for the entire panel, correct?   Sorry for being dumb about this, but this is my first time on all of this.  I'm learning.

Its relatively collective.  Id say in most instances not many are jumping up at the chance but a few do.  The foreman is the only one to communicate on behalf of the entire panel & they assist in their deliberations by keeping things in order & guiding them to reaching a verdict.   I personally would consider it a challenge and a fairly important role in the process & would look toward someone that is level headed, organized, logical and possesses civil & respectful social skills...this last sentence being opinion.

I know Casey is the victim to the A's, but in this trial, Caylee is the victim and Casey the accused. I just don't see the A's being able to talk at all, except to beg for her life.

I feel like she thinks she's smarter than everyone, including the judge.

She absolutely is, she is a brilliant attorney, but that is her problem, folks don't seem to be "getting" the way she frames her questions to them.

I'm thinking that will depend on how she rolls over on them or implicates them.

Why would they want to save her from the DP after she tries to hang this on them?

This family appears to be CYA.

See, the defense is not used to working, so now they are over-burdened.  GMAB
