Has anyone else noticed that Geraldo has disappeared?  John Stossel is on in his place.  I hope it's not just because he is going to Orlando.  I'm sure FOX got a huge response to him saying he was going to Orlando and "raising hell".  Personally, I hope they fired the racist fool.

Jury Selection Resumes Monday In Casey Anthony Murder Case

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Local 6 News has learned that the Casey Anthony murder trial is now set to begin on Thursday in Orlando.

Jury selection will resume in Clearwater on Monday, and it's expected to wrap up on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, social media appeared to be having an impact on jury selection Saturday in the murder case of Casey Anthony, who's charged with killing her daughter, Caylee.

Thursday was my bet but now that I see they are planning on Thursday it will probably be later 

I wonder if JBP and the State of FL will lose money and how much?

I know this is not the proper thread for OT but I want to give a HUGE shout out in thanks to JSM. You did something most are too selfish to do and did it out of pure love for your child. I have nothing but respect for anyone that can put their child first.

The reason I asked if that was the only questionnaire is because the one I had to fill out for the CIVIL case (years ago) I was on was pages long and very detailed.  I'm shocked at how short this one is.

Let me get this off my chest, ITA there is a difference between giving up a child for adoption than leaving a child/children for a murdering raping serial killer.

This Bolin is a real piece of work and I truly feel sorry for her girls being dumped by their mom for a man on death row. I cannot imagine how they lived their life especially when she left them as young as they were at the time. I really feel sorry for them, especially the one that made the documentary because she is being put in the spot light because of her mother's choices. I know she made the documentary, but at the time did this girl know that her mom would come to the defence of KC Anthony.

Didn't Mason make up a very lengthy questionaire? 

But I thought I briefly caught somewhere along the line this week that the Judge said they were not using Mason's form?  Anyone get that impression?

And if not why aren't they..

Klaas, I was on Civil and they asked more questions on the form we had to mail in than this questionnaire. That why I was thinking there would have been more questions. Now that I read it, how can someone NOT know they have been charged with a crime. Seems to me like mugshot man was looking to get on the jury. JMO JSM

Okay, something just came to me while I was walking Josef. It has to do with the defence doing research on the potential juror's FB. If your FB is set to private, how can they (DT) view your profile, posts etc on FB? Would they need a supoena to view it, if it is set to private? Just another random question that started bugging me. TIA JSM 

They might be able to get into the cached part when they google the name of the PJ.

I've been wondering the same thng...how did they get access to all these FB pages when so many people have them set to private these days? The thought crossed my mind that since they are at the courthouse and are probably plugged into their IP, there may be some provision that allows LE and the county access to websites and profiles not available to regular old folks accessing from anywhere USA. Or, maybe there was a general subpeona submitted to FB and myspace prior to the trial...

That has been my experience, as well, Klaas.
I vaguely remember something about an assignment from JP to DT wrt writing a questionaire.........do you?   It was during one of the hearings.  I can't remember which one.
For all the time that was available for planning (IMO) this jury selection process has gone poorly.   
I think JP is very likeable, fair and has the heart of a saint............my only negative comment on him is that he needs to NOT roar if he is NOT going to bite.
I think he did not take into account the inexperienced and downright stupid DT when he figured the timing for jury selection.  I also am afraid the DT is going to use this fiasco to their advantage.  I really hope that my very inexperienced opinion is incorrect.

Yes, that questionnaire is it! Notice no email addys, very basic.  And if they can't find something on you, maybe they can on the spouse.  I thought that the defense was going to be using some lengthy form, but they'd just end up asking them face to face anyway, so at least they saved some time by doing away with that. Now, if we can get Baez to take an answer for what it is, instead of asking the same question 5 different ways.  Face it, if the defense doesn't have the dirt on them, and if there is dirt, the State has it!  lol

  I thought the defense would have a long drawn out questionaire, heck the thing the send out for jury duty here has more questions on it than that one.

Wonder why they didn't ask on the questionaire... WHO ARE YOU????

So very confusing, I just wonder how they would get the IP address unless FB gave it to them. Not that I have anything to hide but it is kinda of scary.

Hi Tolerance, I think you are right jury procedure has gone poorly, but every time I see JA rolling his eyes and LDB stiffiling giggles when the DT asks a stupid question, makes me feel much better. They know what they are doing, the DT not so much. I truly think JP is giving leeway to DT to let them hang themselves. JMO JSM
