#1392, male, works odd jobs, says jury compensation should cover his expenses, thinks Nancy Grace show is "foolishness," 500 friends on FaceBook, has website starter page for his business, posted the court orders (rules) on his FaceBook page. Posted he did not think they would send him home on his FB account. Also said, "Book coming soon."

State challenges for cause (violation of court order) and not being honest.

Defense no challenges.

Juror excused for cause.

Summary Totals:

9 kept so far.

Reading back comments trying to get caught up. Yup, looks like they know how to get off this jury and not have their lives completely disrupted by this child killer. Oh, did I say that? How stupid does that individual feel who had to pay $450 and found in contempt to get off the jury? All he had to say was she was gulity and thats my opinion.

I think many might be being booted for cause today. They are now messing up their weekends after having sat for 2 days doing nothing.
