Can some one transcribe what this woman just said ... she is my new hero and no one could have said it any better.

Its is a parents obligation to help LE in the investigation of their child.

I love her!

Casey's writing down...get rid of her now!

#1394, female, lost a child, thinks not cooperating with LE is unforgivable. Thinks she is guilty and cannot lay aside her opinion.

Dismissed.

I loved that lady!  She said something to Casey that no one else, not her counsel or her family, has ever said ... and that most of us would love to say!

Seriously, that comment that this excused joror just made should be in the Prosecutions opening statement.. If anyone has the ability to transcribe the exact quote, please do ... I will do a FP post on that statement alone.

Morning Monkeys.
I'm having doubts that they'll be able to seat a jury..at least not today.
This is day 6, and by now, the pj's have to know what they're in for and want no part of it.

I see Foghorn's not looking too happy today.

KC is incapable of any genuine emotion. After what this woman said, she disgusts me even more. I realize she's a sociopath and can't help not having a conscience, but she's a definite danger to society.

Yea, but her laughing went to jaw clenched...I hope her rump puckered too.   The only issue I have at the moment is that there is going to be a revisit to the issue of not being able to seat a jury & that is not justice.

Red, the PJ basically stated that she lost a child by accident & had fill out a report & cooperate with an investigation.   She felt that since Casey lied to LE and did not cooperate in the investigation on behalf of her daughter she felt she was guilty by omission.

I might be late with this, but here goes:  (to the best of my transcription ability lol)  She is awesome & my prayers go out to her & her family.

"Parental obligation to fully cooperate would totally over shadow her decision."
