I said it late last night .............................. the Defense is merely going through the motions of jury selection just IN CASE they lucked into a very favorable jury make-up. They will evaluate the final seated jury and most likey will plea bargain out to avoid the death penalty. I seriously doubt we will have a trial.

Casey was asked if she want to plea at the beginning of this. She said no.  I think she blew her last shot.

The Defense can ASK for a plea bargain at anytime......................... that doesn't mean the State or Judge have to grant it.

My personal opinion is KC will NEVER ask for a plea and her dufus lawyer can't make money off this unless he brings it to trial.

I do not think its to accommodate attorneys as much as he brought PJs back in two time slots

I'm pretty sure JP just said that from now on it'll be his way as opposed accommodating the wishes of the attorneys, and it won't be as "draconian" as they might imagine, but it'll be his way.
I hope he's bringing back more than 15 PJs, because at this rate, they'll be lucky to get 1 more.

probably. I don't recall specifics. the general concensus was the defendant was somehow responsible for the child's death.

yes, but on monday I read the allegations. one said she was unwilling to co operate?

HHJP: she was not wanting to give LE information.

then yes I have an opinion.

to lose a child is the worst thing that can happen in the world, my husband and I did lose a son in a car crash. we were co operative. the report, my conviction is that failure to be engaged in that process, I would see that as a guilt bite ommission.

HHJP: as a result of your life experience do you think you could be fair?

I could not be. the opinion I just expressed would outweigh my objectivity.

HHJP: we want you to be honest and I commend you for your candor.

I think this is close, but not all of it.  JMO

Something tells me that we won't have any problem finding it to completely transcribe though...

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. -- Day six of Casey Anthony's murder trial gets underway in Pinellas County on Saturday morning, as the judge makes good on his promise to work through the weekend to seat a jury in the case.
Casey looked tired Saturday morning as she sat inside the Pinellas County courtroom, wearing a grey blouse and a white sweater. Her hair was pulled back in a ponytail. Once again, her parents, Cindy and George Anthony, were not present.

Do you think it has sunk into Casey's little brain that half the jurors can't do this due to having jobs, families, real life issues..and the other half can't do it because they already know she is guilty and just can't even fathom anything that Baez says or does changing their opinions? 

That 31 days seems to be a sticking point in everyone's mind. 

The last lady didn't come right out and mention the 31 days..but you kknow that is what she was referencing in Casey not being co-operative with LE..she didn't even report it.  For the jury that is going to be a hard row to hoe..there's many excuses, but no true way around the fact of the 31 days..just no way out of that one..

Hi Wreck!   

I can sure see the duhfense doing exactly that.  And am hoping the Judge will not allow them to plea bargain out at that point.  It's not like they haven't had ample time to accept a plea bargain at every stage of this convoluted mess.  What a waste of everyone's time, money, etc if duhfense is allowed to do that.  And again, exactly what they are likely gonna try to do.
