My whole point is that we aren't going until we get 15 or 18 -- we need to get to 35 or even 38 potential jurors passed.

I think the Defense will challenge this juror. She's too analytical. Common sense and the circumstantial evidence will take her to a verdict of Guilty. They will use the excuse that she talked about the case with her daughter.

I think this duffense is going to ask her to be discharged because she spoke to her daughter.  He does not believe she did not speak of anything but that she might be on jury duty, and because she has a 2 yo grandchild.

Perry wants to start swearing in jurors when they reach 15. And he plans on getting those 15 today.

There will be the opportunity to back strike before they get sworn in.

It will take more to get to the required 12 and alternates, I agree.

She'd be a fantastic juror.

If a jury is not seated,  JP is going to be very pizzed and I hope he takes his wrath out on Bozo et. al.
