Hi fellow monkeys. Been a long while since I have been here. Since the days of Kyron. I found myself too emotionally wrapped up in the case and needed a break. That said, I have been waiting on the day Casey Anthony goes on trial and have been following the jury selection very closely. I did, however, miss something that maybe you monkeys can help me with. Why did Baez tell Casey she was acting like a two year old? I saw him say it to her, but am totally lost on what actually provoked that. I know you guys have already discussed this, so please forgive me for bringing it back up. TIA.

We have seen video of Baez apparently saying that. Then the next day, he was in court whining to the judge saying he did not say that and the media coverage is , well, not good.

The judge said he cannot control what people say or see.

That's my take on the incident.

All these mitigating factors that Finnell is obsessing over is what gets these PJ's booted when they say they would not consider them.
They need to be willing to consider these factors.
