We have seen video of Baez apparently saying that. Then the next day, he was in court whining to the judge saying he did not say that and the media coverage is , well, not good.

The judge said he cannot control what people say or see.

That's my take on the incident.

Yeah, I saw where Baez claimed that he didn't say that. But it was pretty obvious, at least to me, that whatever was said there is at least some noticeable tension between he and Casey. Their body language is completely different than it once was toward one another. Also, the apparent musical chairs they played to stay away from one another. I'm very curious what triggered this sudden change.

They need to be willing to consider these factors.

True-that's prolly one reason she does this, as well as planting mental seeds.  She's trying the case in a round about way.
