I dont think so... I think that he is so underqualified and so out of his element..and I also think that he is  a media hound and a narcissitic pig just like his client..he has no clue just what he has gotten himself into, and what he is doing..he is going to flounder around in this trial like a fish out of water..and we will all sit back and watch him gasp for air...

When she is convicted and sentenced I am afraid it could be overturned on ineffective counsel!

ya shoulda taken the plea deal Casey... you wouldn't listen, so cocky that you are thinking  that you would have gotten out of this like you always did..but the general public is not going to go away...justice for Caylee..

sooooo sorry...should have been Casey, not Caylee...

I am starting to get the feeling alot of these people, even the smart ones, do not understand what mitigating and aggravating mean..I would bet my next mortgage payment..much earlier I think she almost asked..
