I think if I were AF I would downplay the death penalty questions a bit
I would be more subtle and stop harping on penalty
I can't help but think that this intense concentration on punishment would lead the pj to be inclined to think the dt thinks KC is guilty.
or am I just very inexperienced and not understanding the process???

Yes.  IMO, these people want to be on the jury and they think that's the right answer.

This should be a inquiry on the questionaire ALL PJ's fill out and then not brought up again by the Defense. -0- IMO

Klaas, you missed the first 5 this morning, who did not want to be on the jury. They were all excused.

They seemed to know the answer for that is: "I think she is guilty and I cannot put that opinion aside."

They were in and out quickly.

He does not think his mom should be married to someone in jail.  Mothers brother in jail for writing a bad check.  He has been out of jail for 13 years or so.
